Join me for a season of hands-on making and learning.

These workshops explore fiber and textile art and original designs.
They focus on slow making, creativity, and skill building.
All levels are welcome.


Hand Woven Tapestry Workshop at Gallery North

This hand woven tapestry weaving workshop introduces the basics of tapestry.
Work in a miniature format and
create a small woven pendant.

You will learn foundational tapestry techniques and design a unique piece of wearable textile art.
Each participant will leave with one finished jewelry piece.

The best part?
You keep the loom for future projects.

This workshop celebrates fiber art, craftsmanship and original design.
Perfect for beginners and curious makers alike.

Creative Mending and Up Cycling Workshop

South Huntington Public Library

This short workshop series focuses on up cycling and repurposing clothing.
We will repair and decorate damaged sweaters and other garments.

Dates:
• February 26, 2026
• March 26, 2026
Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Using a needle and colorful thread, we explore creative mending techniques.
Turn holes and wear into expressive details.
Learn mindful repurposing through simple, accessible methods.

This workshop blends sustainability with fiber art and personal storytelling.
