We accept returns within 10 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original condition. We require an email confirming the return from us. Please contact galina@galinacarroll.com for return authorization.

Shipping charges both to and from are non-refundable. Returns shipped without an authorization are not accepted.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us ASAP at galina@galinacarroll.com. Provide photos and/or a description of the issue, along with proof of purchase (your order number or receipt are acceptable).

All custom orders must be paid in advance.
