Handmade iPad Clutch Selected for Gallery North Exhibition

I am honored to share that my handmade iPad clutch has been selected for the Winner’s Circle Exhibition at Gallery North. This special showcase celebrates the award-winning artists of the 2024 Outdoor Art Show and Music Festival.

The exhibition runs May 15 – June 22, 2025, with an opening reception on Thursday, May 15, 6–8 pm. Both the reception and the exhibition are free and open to the public.

The Winner’s Circle honors Best in Show recipients in mixed media, fiber art, jewelry, painting, photography and pottery. This year’s artists were chosen from over 80 outstanding exhibitors, representing the very best of Long Island’s creative community.

I am thrilled to showcase five of my knitwear designs in this exhibition, including the handmade iPad clutch. Two pieces are part of my recent grant-funded fellowship project: Pockets in Knitwear. This project is supported by Long Island Grants for the Arts, with funding from the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by the Huntington Arts Council.

This exhibition is a celebration of creativity, community, and the power of handmade art.
