Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. - Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Customized or personalized items and PDF knitting patterns cannot be returned unless defective.
- Return Process:

- If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
