Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If there’s an issue, please see below:

• Return Window:
  Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
• Eligibility:
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Customized or personalized items and PDF knitting patterns cannot be returned unless defective.
• Return Process:

  • If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds:
